I am thrilled to announce the appointment of ‘Mantsi Moiloa as the Head of Public Sector for our Group, reporting directly to my office. This move is a significant stride in our strategy to cement our foothold in the Public Sector across various disciplines.

In her new role, ‘Mantsi will strategically position our service lines in the Public Sector, spearheading the design of innovative, bespoke solutions tailored to States’ needs. These will be developed collaboratively with divisional subject matter experts across our various Clusters in South Africa. Additionally, ‘Mantsi will be a member of our Group Exco, alongside our other cluster COOs.

‘Mantsi’s primary mandate will encompass:

• Crafting the Group Public Sector strategy.

• Establishing and nurturing strategic ties in Local, Provincial, and National

  government realms.

• As the Group’s custodian for the Public Sector, building and sustaining

  pivotal partnerships across government echelons.

• Proactively leading and orchestrating inventive solutions.

• Planning to expand our market share in the Public Sector through a coordinated, strategic approach that resonates with our Group Vision and Core Strategy. This includes a harmonised approach, bridging various sectors and service lines and playing a pivotal role in the planning and resourcing of flagship projects. Moreover, she will provide tactical input into our Clusters, vital for enabling the Public Sector Strategy.
